Dr. Panagiotis Voulgaris graduated from Medical School in 1986 and received the title of General Surgeon from Second Surgical Clinic of the hospital Evaggelismos in 1995.

Dr. Voulgaris has specialised in Laparoscopic Surgery (Minimal Invasive Techniques in Visceral Surgery) in Hamburg as well as in the University Monpellier of France.

He is the Medical Commissary at the 1st I.K.A hospital 'Pentelis' from 1996 and collaborates with IASO GENERAL, WHITE CROSS, MEDITERRANEO - LASER CENTER.
